konek2CARD is a mobile banking service provided by CARD MRI that enables clients to perform financial transactions remotely using a mobile device such as an Android phone.

Through this application, clients can carry out financial transactions such as cash-in, cash-out, and loan payments.

Client Inquiries:

• Balance Inquiry: To check the balance of the latest savings and outstanding loan balances.
• Mini Statement: To view the last 10 transactions made in your account via the konek2CARD mobile application, ATM, over-the-counter, payroll deposit, etc.
• E-statement: Displays transactions from the past 60 days conducted through various means like the mobile app, over-the-counter, ATM, etc.
• Transaction History: Allows viewing of transaction history within the app, covering up to the past 30 days.
• Fee Structure: Provides details on fees or charges for transactions conducted through konek2CARD Agents.

Self Initiated:

• Cardless Withdrawal: Enables cash withdrawals from Digital Cash Machines (DCM) by using a QR code generated within the konek2CARD application.
• Cash out Request: Allows cash withdrawals at konek2CARD Agents using a QR code or Reference number generated in the app.
• Client Initiated Payment: Facilitates payments towards weekly or monthly loan dues using the savings account.
• Fund Transfer: Allows transferring desired amounts to other CARD SME BANK accounts or personal CARD SME Bank accounts.

Agent Assisted:

• Agent Assisted Payment: Utilized by agents to assist co-members in settling loans with MBA and Savings along with respective fees.
• Cash in: Used by customers/agents for savings account deposits at Agents with associated fees.
• Cash out Completion: Used by agents to aid co-members in withdrawing from their savings accounts with corresponding fees.
